Why there is a waiver

Trampolines, foam pits, climbing walls and obstacle courses are physical activities. Even with good rules and trained staff, jumpers can get hurt. The waiver explains those risks and your part in staying safe.

Risks you accept

  • Falls, collisions with other jumpers and landing awkwardly

  • Sprains, strains, broken bones and, rarely, more serious injuries

  • Injuries from not following the posted rules or staff instructions

Your part

  • Follow the park rules and listen to court monitors

  • Jump only in zones that match your age and height

  • Tell staff about any health condition that makes jumping unsafe

  • Stop and rest when you are tired

Minors

A parent or legal guardian signs for every jumper under 18 and confirms they have explained the rules to their child.

How long it lasts

A signed waiver covers every visit for 12 months. We will ask you to sign again after that, or if the waiver changes.
