What we collect
When you book a jump time, buy a membership or plan a party, we collect your name, email, phone number and the details of your booking.
When you sign a waiver we store the names and birth dates of each jumper and the signature of the adult who signed.
Booking details: date, time slot, pass type and number of jumpers
Waiver records for 12 months, as required by our insurer
Payment confirmations from our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers)
Security camera footage inside the park, kept for 30 days
How we use it
We use your information to confirm bookings, send reminders, run memberships and parties, and keep the park safe.
With your permission we send a short monthly email about events like Glow Night and Teen Night. You can unsubscribe with one click.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the park: our booking system, payment provider and email service. We never sell your information.
Kids and teens
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 except through a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep a waiver record
